Driving Directions will be distributed at the meeting place upon signing the PCA Waiver.
Wristbands will also be distributed at the same time to those that will be dining at the restaurant.
Suggested Donation to the Children's Dental Health Clinic $10.00 (Cash or check only - at time of check in)
