Driver's Delight - Angeles Crest Highway with a new twist (or twists) to CA Poppy Reserve

Beloved by cyclists and sports car drivers, the Angeles Crest Highway in the San Gabriel Mountains is one of GPX's favorite playgrounds. The route will be up Angeles Crest Hwy then left down Angeles Forest Road for a day of driving the "Twisties". It continues on Sierra Hwy, Lake Elizabeth Road and end at the CA State Poppy Reserve. Visit the Jane S. Pineiro Interpretive Center to learn about our State Flower, the California Poppy then hike the trails to see the flowers up close. Parking is $10 per car or $9 for seniors.
