2023 Port Townsend Vineyard and Winery Tour
Smiling Faces from the 2019 Tour!
Welcome to our 2023 PNWR Porsche Club Annual Women’s Only Tour! We are revisiting one of our favorite tours. Those of you had joined in 2019 will remember that the tour roads are awesome and the views even more so through Mason, Kitsap, and Jefferson counties on the Olympic Peninsula. Before our tour ends at Port Townsend Vineyards, we will take a 30-minute break in the quaint town of Port Gamble, a US National Historic Landmark. Port Gamble is one of the nation's best-preserved western lumber towns and the community has a wide range of shops from antiques to a tea shop to an old-fashioned general store.

After our break, our drive continues along the water to Port Townsend Vineyard where we will have our lunch. When you register on MSR, be sure to choose the sandwich for yourself and your passenger.

After lunch you have the rest of the day to enjoy shopping or driving around looking at the Victorian houses and significant historical buildings. To help, we will provide directions to the Port Townsend free shuttle – a great alternative to joining the great Port Townsend Parking Space Hunt. The city is one of three Victorian seaports on the National Register of Historic Places. Return is on your own or in self-organized groups at a time of your choosing via ferries or by driving back to Gig Harbor. You might even want to stay overnight and make it a weekend with your girlfriends!

TOUR INFORMATION:
Starting point: Fred Meyer Parking lot, 5502 Point Fosdick Dr, Gig Harbor, WA 98335. From I-5, take WA-16 W across the Tacoma Narrows Bridge to Exit 10 - Olympic Dr NW (0.3 mi). Continue for 0.6 mi on Olympic Dr NW. Quickly move to the left lane for a left into the Olympic Drive. Turn Right onto Fosdick Dr. Left into Fred Meyer parking lot. Find your group and sign the waiver form. Driver’s meeting at 8:30am. First group out at 9:00am.
Arrival time: No later than 8:20am; Driver's Meeting at 8:30am; First group out at 9:00am.

Tour Requirements:
- Cancelations and refunds: Cancelations accepted until midnight August 10th. Credit cards will be charged on that day! No refunds after that!
- Car club membership: To participate you must be a member of the PCA at the time/date you register for the tour.
- Non-Porsches on the Tour: Non-Porsches are only allowed on a case-by-case basis under extenuating circumstances (car in the shop, awaiting delivery of a Porsche, etc).

For Adult participants and attendees: All drivers and passengers must sign the Waiver Release Form, which will be provided at the tour starting point. There is no need to download, print and sign the form in advance.
- Age and driver's license restrictions: Drivers must be in possession of a valid US driver's license at the time of the tour and have valid insurance in force.
- Registering for Passengers: Please make sure to include the names of any passengers riding with you in the space provided during registration. Passenger registration is mandatory for this tour. If you are a single driver but you would like to share the experience with a passenger, please contact Pam Mildenberger at equisail@gmail.com. If you have two cars on the tour each car and driver must register with a separate Motorsportreg account.
